Q: Are the colors and patterns exactly as shown online?
A: We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, due to monitor differences and the inherent variations in natural dyes and handmade craftsmanship, there may be slight variations in color and texture. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each NURALIFE blanket special.
Q: Do you offer custom or made-to-order blankets?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a 45-day return policy from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A: No. For hygiene and customization reasons, custom or made-to-order blankets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

A: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
