1. Program Benefits

3. Application Process

  1. Inquiry: Please contact us at info@nuralifeou.shop with the subject line "Trade Program Application."

  2. Provide Information: Include your:

    • Business name and website

    • Tax ID or business registration number

    • Type of business (e.g., retail, interior design)

    • Brief description of your brand and customer base

    • Reasons for interest in NURALIFE products

  3. Review: Our team will review your application. Approved partners will receive a welcome email with login details for the wholesale portal and a full wholesale price list.

4. Ordering, Shipping & Logistics

  • Pricing: All prices in the trade portal are exclusive of VAT and in EUR. VAT will be added for EU-based businesses without a valid VAT number.

  • Payment Terms: Net 30 payment terms are available for established accounts after the first order. Initial orders must be paid in advance via bank transfer.

  • Shipping:

    • Trade orders are shipped from our studio in Estonia.

    • Shipping within Estonia: €18 (3-7 business days)

    • International Shipping: €28 (7-14 business days)

    • Free Shipping: All trade orders over €200 qualify for free standard shipping.

    • Larger trade orders will be shipped via freight carriers; quotes will be provided based on order volume and destination.

  • Returns: Our standard 45-day return policy applies to trade orders for standard items. Items must be in unused, resalable condition. Custom orders are final sale.
